Materials needed:
* 7-inch beige Velcro sew-on tape
* Black tracing paper
* Chalk pencil
* Sheets of craft foam or felt
* Craft glue
* Remnants of felt
* Feathers and other decorations as desired
* Glitter glue pen
Preparation steps:
* Use the Utensil Holder pattern below
(You will need to enlarge this)
* Cut brim once and hat twice from foam or felt.
* Glue hat sections together along sides, leaving upper straight edge open.
* Cut out center of brim, as marked on pattern.
* Glue center of brim to edges of hat, forming pocket.
* Decorate as desired, using felt to make stars, hatband or other shapes as desired. Glue shapes and feathers into place.
* If desired, add motifs with glitter glue pen.
