Preparation steps:
* Peel 6 hard-boiled eggs; halve lengthwise.

* Spoon into the egg whites.
* From 1/2 red bell pepper, cut 12 triangle goatees and 24 triangle horns.
* Use capers for eyes and snipped chives for eyebrows.
